Hi! In the picture under "more officers", where people are identified as "Ted D., David White," the woman is (I am quite sure) Blanche Davidson Christensen, daughter of Arland Davidson. She also appears in the very next picture under the caption "196? REUNION Lyman, Wyoming." She was my father's sister.
